- Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and the efficient allocation of funds across the group's regional entities.
- Oversee all banking relationships across the UAE and wider Middle East, negotiating facilities, credit lines, and banking terms to optimise cost and flexibility.
- Lead the execution of FX hedging strategies and manage the company's exposure to foreign currency risk across multiple markets.
- Monitor and manage interest rate risk, counterparty risk, and credit risk in line with the company's treasury policy and risk appetite.
- Drive the month-end treasury reporting process, providing accurate and timely cash flow statements, covenant compliance reports, and treasury performance dashboards to senior leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with internal treasury policies and relevant regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions.
- Manage trade finance instruments including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and supply chain financing arrangements.
- Partner closely with the wider finance team, commercial function, and regional business units to align treasury activities with business planning and working capital objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements and treasury system enhancements to increase efficiency and control across the function.
- Support the preparation of board-level treasury reports and contribute to strategic finance projects as required.
- A minimum of 10 years of treasury experience, ideally gained within an FMCG, consumer goods, or multinational corporate environment.
- Qualified accountant or treasury professional; ACA, ACCA, CPA, or ACT qualification is strongly preferred.
- Solid technical knowledge across cash management, FX hedging, trade finance, and banking relationship management.
- Experience operating in the GCC is highly desirable; familiarity with UAE banking and regulatory requirements is a distinct advantage.
- Proficient in treasury management systems and ERP platforms; SAP experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, commercially relevant insights to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage at CFO and board level.
- High attention to detail, strong controls awareness, and a track record of operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
