- Support regional and local operations teams in improving vendor performance and operational metrics.
- Assist with resource planning by coordinating with picker store staff and aligning staffing levels with demand forecasts.
- Monitor operational processes across markets including vendor onboarding, catalog maintenance, and inventory integration activities.
- Support local markets in executing operational initiatives and projects beyond standard operational tasks.
- Conduct daily monitoring of vendor inventory levels and price updates to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Identify operational issues related to stock availability, pricing discrepancies, or vendor catalog updates and resolve them promptly.
- Analyze vendor assortments by reviewing order trends and identifying frequently out of stock items.
- Prepare market level reports and insights to help local teams improve vendor performance.
- Develop and document operational procedures such as device and uniform ordering processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor related technical or operational issues and assist in resolving incident tickets.
- Collaborate with vendor coordinators across markets to share best practices and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine operational checks to ensure local processes and vendor standards are consistently followed.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics operations, vendor operations, or supply chain coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of vendor operations and marketplace management processes.
- Experience in demand planning and operational resource coordination preferred.
- Ability to document operational workflows and create clear process guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review operational data and identify actionable insights.
- Confident problem solving ability with experience resolving operational issues and escalating when necessary.
- Understanding of grocery or marketplace operations considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross functional teams and vendors.
