  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and project delivery obligations.
  • Lead resolution of contractual issues, variations, and claims in coordination with client representatives and contractor teams.
  • Prepare and review contract documentation, commercial correspondence, and contractual reports.
  • Provide strategic advice on contract management approaches, procurement processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure contract execution aligns with project objectives.
  • Monitor contractor performance and contractual compliance across rail infrastructure works.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 20 years of professional experience in contract administration and commercial management.
  • At least 10 years of experience working on large-scale rail or metro infrastructure projects.
  • Strong experience managing contracts within major infrastructure development environments.
  • Familiarity with international contract frameworks such as FIDIC.
  • Experience working on major infrastructure programs within international or Middle Eastern environments is advantageous.
Skills Set
