Agile Project Delivery Manager and Scrum Master - Dicetek LLC - Dubai, UAE

• Plan, execute, track, and deliver multiple banking technology projects using agile methodologies.
• Act as Scrum Master to organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Serve as custodian of business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Lead comprehensive test management cycles including planning, execution, reporting, risk mitigation, and root cause analysis.
• Guide stakeholders in defining test scope, role allocation, and prioritization of deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, Operations, and external vendors.
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide executive-level communication and reporting.
• Oversee project governance, compliance, information security controls, and change management processes.
• Conduct capacity planning and ensure optimal system resource utilization.
• Drive mentorship, coaching, and performance management within agile delivery teams.
• Support budgeting activities related to project delivery and test management initiatives.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the banking sector with at least 7 to 8 years in project or program management and team leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Global Transaction Banking including Cash Management and Trade Finance domains.
• In-depth understanding of banking systems, accounts and deposits, payments, guarantees, import and export letters of credit, and collections.
• Experience with Oracle Banking products such as OBDX, OBP, and GTB is advantageous.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud-enabled platforms, artificial intelligence applications, and marketplace ecosystems in banking.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and distributed agile teams.
• Strong governance, documentation, and structured program management capabilities.
