- Install all graphic and promotional POS materials on time in line with brand and company guidelines
- Re-merchandise key store areas during seasonal launches, campaigns, and new theme implementations
- Coordinate floor plans, display updates, and theme changes to maximize visual impact and commercial performance
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards are maintained consistently across the store
- Communicate effectively with store managers and relevant teams to align execution with business priorities
- Provide photographic documentation and reports of visual merchandising activities and promotions
- Support the integration of commercial priorities into visual presentations
- Maintain store presentation at a high standard through regular checks and adjustments
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, store layouts, and customer flow
- Creative mindset with a strong commercial and sales-driven focus
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to presentation excellence
