- In liaison with F&B management leaders, be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the all day dining restaurant.
- Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed our guests' expectations and Heartist Service philosophy.
- Control the beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes.
- Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Supervise the execution of conferences and events.
- Be knowledgeable and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
- A genuine caring approach that creates engage our guests.
- A creative flair and a natural ability to generate ideas to improve the business.
- The ability to work within a team and build report with all departments in the business.
- Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in food & beverage operations within a dynamic and busy environment.
- Experience in Conference & Events an advantage.
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities
- Projects a professional image through presentation and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to think on their feet and problem solve.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English on a business level; additional languages are a plus.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
- Availability to work on a seven days rotating roster AM and PM shifts (breakfast and dinner).
