  • Lead impartial investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, and compliance breaches and prepare detailed reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
  • Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with ADNOC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate communications and submissions with external regulators including ADAA and ADX
  • Provide expert compliance guidance to internal stakeholders and promote ethical practices across departments
  • Monitor adherence to applicable local and international laws, regulations, and standards
  • Design training materials and deliver compliance training and awareness programs
  • Maintain accurate records of investigations, training activities, and compliance initiatives
  • Prepare periodic compliance reports for management and senior leadership
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of compliance initiatives
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments
  • Coach and support junior compliance team members and act as a resource on complex matters
  • Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant compliance, governance, or investigation experience
  • Professional certification such as CFE, CFIP, CCI, or similar
  • Strong investigative, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and with regulators
