- Manage and maintain the HC Business Process Catalogue, HC Process review and development cycles, and repository to ensure strategic alignment, integration, and efficient execution of HC BPM objectives.
- Lead the development of a sustainable HC Business Process Framework, governing the evaluation, design, integration, execution/deployment, measurement, monitoring, compliance, and control of HC Business processes.
- Lead the design and continual enhancements of Corporate HC processes, aligning them with Company's overarching HC and Digital strategies, HC Functional Manual and Operating Model, to promote process integration, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent
- 10 years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Transformations, ERP Implementations, BPM roles, with a minimum of 5 years in Human Capital.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of business process and capability to suggest and implement improvements.
- Excellent project management, stakeholders’ management, change management, business analysis skills.
- Excellent Data analysis and Business case creation skills
