- Expand business networks by identifying new counterparties, structured deals, and supply chain partnerships
- Align trading strategies with regional and global corporate objectives
- Collaborate closely with risk, operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliant execution
- Contribute to strategic planning, annual budgeting, and long-term growth roadmaps
- Maintain active engagement with global market participants and translate industry intelligence into actionable strategies
- Minimum 15 years of experience within commodities trading, with deep expertise in metals markets
- Strong exposure to Asia Pacific and/or international trading environments
- Demonstrated leadership in senior commercial or trading roles
- Proven experience managing teams and navigating complex governance frameworks
- Sound commercial judgment with strong risk oversight capability
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, regulated global markets
