Monitor cash flow and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in reports.
Handle customer complaints or disputes related to billing or payment issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security measures, and financial controls.
Manage and oversee the use of petty cash for emergency market-related expenses.
Coordinate with the finance team to report cash shortages, discrepancies, or operational issues.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all registers are balanced.
Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism within the cashiering team.
