
Sales Coordinator

- Greet and assist clients in the showroom, delivering a warm and professional experience
- Support sales by providing product information, availability, and pricing
- Maintain accurate client records and sales notes in Pipedrive CRM
- Coordinate showroom stock logistics and sample movements
- Create and manage quotations, sales orders, and sample requests
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Schedule follow-ups and manage sales team tasks using CRM automation
- Generate reports on stock, samples, and client engagement
- Assist with onboarding and training of new sales staff
- Experience in a client-facing or showroom role, ideally in interiors or luxury retail
- Proficiency in CRM tools (especially Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage dynamic client interactions
- ERP experience (e.g., SAP B1) is a plus-training provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Passion for design, interiors, and high-end retail
- Team player who can also work independently
