- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
- Responsible for managing the administration of human resources policies and procedures.
- Manage human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training, and employment services.
- Ensure new joining formalities are completed on time (Medical exam, EID, employee induction) and Document renewal follow up (passport, Emirates ID, residence)
- Handle work permit, visa processing documents and applications in coordination with the PRO.
- Work closely with the PRO and Government officials to get employee/ family visas etc.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of office and pantry supplies.
- Establish relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- To handle disciplinary actions including warnings terminations. Management of employee-employer relations, staff trainings & appraisals.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
of Egyptian Labor Law and employment legislation framework. * Required Skills: Strong ability in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal English, and Arabic language, ability to multitask, Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Egypt or at least GCC experience in HR Administration and PRO.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
