Responsibilities:Human Resources AdministrationMaintain staff attendance and timesheets (especially drivers, plant staff, batchers, and technicians).Assist in processing overtime, leave records, and HR documentation.Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, medicals, and renewals.Prepare employment letters, warning notices, and termination documents.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.Sales & Dispatch AccountingRecord and validate daily delivery notes (DNs) from batching plants.Generate and post sales invoices based on delivery records.Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, outstanding payments, and credit limits.Coordinate with logistics and dispatch team to verify concrete quantities and customer billing.Assist in month-end closing by compiling sales data, revenue reports, and reconciliations.Administration & Plant SupportMaintain and archive plant documents: vehicle registrations, maintenance logs, trade licenses.Coordinate with procurement and inventory for office/stationery/materials.Support internal audits and inspections related to plant admin and HR.Manage correspondence with clients and suppliers related to sales or employee matters.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or HR.2–5 years of admin/accounting experience in the Readymix industry.Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Readymix-specific software like Command Alkon or Marcotte).Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Familiarity with UAE labor laws and local compliance procedures.
