Company Name - SAAD Precast LLCSeeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations for construction projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting and full compliance with accounting standards.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in precast or construction industry.(UAE/GCC)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles.
- Proven experience in managing accounting operations and ensuring financial compliance.
- Good understanding of inventory accounting and material costing in construction/manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support management reporting requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with proper documentation and accuracy.
- Assist in inventory valuation and material costing in coordination with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, accounting standards, and company financial policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data and documentation.
- Monitor expenses and assist in budget control and financial planning activities.
