Senior Resident Engineer - Leading PMC - Dubai, UAE

• Oversee the construction of high-rise buildings and hotel projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and quality control processes.
• Manage the day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring the efficient coordination of resources, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related technical issues and liaise with architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Provide technical direction and supervision to the engineering team on-site.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, addressing potential delays or issues on time.
• Review and approve material and equipment submittals, shop drawings, and other technical documents.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical expertise to junior engineers and site staff.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, including 5+ years in Dubai.
• Proven experience with high-rise buildings (30+ floors) and hotel construction projects in Dubai or similar environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A Dubai Engineer license is required (Unlimited License).
• Strong understanding of local construction codes, regulations, and safety standards in Dubai.
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines without compromising quality
