- Engage with developers, EPC contractors, and utilities during project lifecycle
- Provide technical expertise in client meetings and proposal discussions
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the power sector
- Support engineering activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems
- Provide technical oversight during project execution phases
- Collaborate with project management and commercial teams for successful delivery
- Contribute to large-scale power plant projects across regional markets
- Support contract negotiations with technical input

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 8-10 years of experience in power plant engineering or EPC environments
- Experience with CCGT, gas turbines, or generator systems preferred
- Strong background in technical proposal development and project bidding
- Experience working with utilities, developers, or EPC contractors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
