- Drive business development and sales for solar EPC projects across the Middle East
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in C&I and utility-scale segments
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop tailored solar solutions
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and ensure alignment with client requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in solar EPC sales (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of solar EPC business models, project execution, and pricing
- Proven track record in closing solar projects in the Middle East
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Existing network within the Middle East solar industry
- Knowledge of regional regulations and tendering processes
- Experience with large-scale commercial or utility solar projects
