- Supporting the Chief of Staff across personal, operational, and strategic initiatives.
- Conducting deep research using AI agents and modern tools to gather insights, validate assumptions, and build recommendations.
- Handling business administration: coordinating with accounting firms, assisting with the setup of new entities, drafting foundational documentation, and helping structure processes.
- Managing a mix of personal and business tasks, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination when visitors are in town.
- Ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations and anticipating needs before they arise.
- Working closely with junior staff and eventually helping oversee them as the team grows.
- A degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience working within consultancy or financial services environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating strategic plans and implementing change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of current trends in the financial services industry.
- Lower-tier strategy consulting firms, or
- Big Four consulting/transaction advisory/operations teams.
- Highly organised with strong business judgment and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using AI tools and research automation platforms.
- Someone who "goes the extra mile" and is willing to operate outside a rigid job description when needed.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to deliver results under time pressure.
- Motivated by a meritocratic environment with significant growth potential.
