As an Associate, you will operate as an execution powerhouse within the family office. This is not a typical admin role - it requires analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and an ability to deliver solutions end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
  • Supporting the Chief of Staff across personal, operational, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conducting deep research using AI agents and modern tools to gather insights, validate assumptions, and build recommendations.
  • Handling business administration: coordinating with accounting firms, assisting with the setup of new entities, drafting foundational documentation, and helping structure processes.
  • Managing a mix of personal and business tasks, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination when visitors are in town.
  • Ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations and anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Working closely with junior staff and eventually helping oversee them as the team grows.

The organisation is run by an exceptionally sharp leadership team, and operates with a lean, high-performance culture.The family office is expanding and evolving, taking on a wide variety of initiatives - from investment-related activities to the establishment of corporate structures, personal and business administration, and strategic special projects.Given the rapid pace and complexity, they are building out a strong associate layer to support the Chief of Staff and leadership team with both business-critical and operational tasks.We are looking for someone with strong intellectual horsepower and the ability to get things done. Ideal candidates often come from:
  • Lower-tier strategy consulting firms, or
  • Big Four consulting/transaction advisory/operations teams.
You will excel here if you are:
  • Highly organised with strong business judgment and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Local UAE experience is not required, and the client is very open-minded about backgrounds as long as the capability and drive are strong.
