- Prepare price comparison sheets and vendor evaluation summaries
- Validate technical suitability and specifications of daily purchase items
- Support procurement teams with quick cost estimates and alternative sourcing options
- Assist in standardizing frequently used materials and specifications
- Coordinate with site teams, storekeepers, and procurement officers to capture daily requirements
- Support preparation of purchase requisitions and commercial justifications
- Maintain structured vendor databases, rate lists, and purchase history records
- Ensure documentation complies with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 4-8 years of experience in daily purchase, site procurement, or procurement research roles
- Strong exposure to construction consumables and fast-moving site materials
- Experience working within UAE or GCC construction markets preferred
- Strong understanding of materials used in daily construction operations
- Excellent research, benchmarking, and analytical skills
- Ability to prepare quick comparisons and data-backed recommendations
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with site and procurement teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation tools
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cost control, speed, and accuracy
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-turnaround environment
