- Identify and engage new clients across Europe for our sponsorship and advertising services
- Sell premium advertising and sponsorship opportunities at sporting, cultural, and major events
- Build strong pipelines and close deals that align with company goals
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with brands and agencies
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to maximise visibility and engagement
- Inform and contribute to company commercial strategy based on European market insights
- Track competitor and industry trends to drive new opportunities
- Recruit, train, and develop an effective telesales and business development team
- Set targets, monitor performance, and drive team excellence
- Use social media strategically to amplify lead generation and brand visibility
- Build digital campaigns that connect with prospects and showcase service value
Location: Remote (Europe focus)
