- Maintain and update employee lists tailored to the needs of the Food & Beverage team.
- Integrate digital and physical tools into the sales support process to exceed client expectations.
- Offer backup administrative support for sector-specific issues, including orders, documentation, and coordination.
- Proven administrative experience in the luxury Food & Beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury food products and brands.
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills that match the standards of a luxury brand.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
- Salary between AED 3,000 - 4,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
