Consultant Pediatric Rehabilitation - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Conduct comprehensive physical, cognitive, and functional assessments for pediatric patients
• Diagnose rehabilitation needs and develop individualized treatment and recovery plans
• Provide and oversee rehabilitative care including physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal functional outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and pediatric specialists
• Educate patients and families on home-based exercises, adaptive strategies, and long-term rehabilitation plans
• Support continuity of care through coordination with referring physicians and allied health teams
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records and clinical documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance
• Stay updated with advancements and best practices in pediatric rehabilitation medicine

• Medical degree from a recognized institution
• American Board certification in Pediatric Rehabilitation
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Consultant Pediatric Rehabilitation specialist
• Strong clinical expertise in pediatric rehabilitation and multidisciplinary care models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic clinical environment
• Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage
