- Receiving/Generating sales leads.
- Maintain a minimum of 5 quality customer visits on all business days (cold calls and prescheduled meetings included).
- Record sales visits on CRM systems daily before end of business day.
- Include existing customer visits as part of daily visit target.
- Perform customer profiling during initial visit/call using the customer profile template; gather detailed service requirements to generate proposals.
- Send customer requirements to operations department for quotation and workflow.
- Process information and prepare initial proposals with company profile.
- Approach clients for sales meetings while keeping relevant company details intact.
- Conduct constant follow-up via email, phone, or visits to gather feedback.
- Confirm and negotiate pricing.
- Draft contract/SLA upon price confirmation; rejected proposals are recorded for future reference.
- Forward contracts/SLAs for legal approval and signature.
- Open customer account in CRM with finance approval.
- Provide basic training to customers on CRM via IT department.
- Begin receiving shipments and follow up on orders.
- Track client operations and account service protocols.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer issues or complaints, managing them internally with stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements to company policy.
- Direct implementation of procedures and controls to ensure compliance with procedural/legislative requirements while delivering quality and cost-effective service.
- Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to departmental, departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
