Job Description :We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Japanese Secretary to provide administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the internal legal team and external stakeholders, managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation in both Japanese and English.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls in Japanese and English.
  • Prepare, translate, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Maintain confidential records and manage filing systems.
  • Assist in organizing events and meetings with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Perform general office administrative duties.
  • Manage invoices, schedules, filing, office supply,and coordinate with Japan office.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
