- Work with business users to understand, analyze, and document existing business processes
- Identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility using UiPath
- Conduct process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Prepare process maps (AS-IS and TO-BE) and automation proposals
- Gather functional and non-functional requirements for RPA solutions
- Prepare Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Define exception handling, business rules, and data requirements
- Support preparation of Solution Design Documents (SDD) with developers
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and UiPath developers
- Support developers during design and development phases
- Participate in solution walkthroughs and design reviews
