- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional and system specifications.
- Provide support for system operations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Prepare detailed documentation such as functional specifications, system documents, and impact analysis reports.
- Collaborate with business users, third-party vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
- Support ITIL-based processes including incident, problem, and change management.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and validate system enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to banking security standards, policies, and audit requirements.
- 2-4 years of experience as a System Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as ITIL or in Business Analysis are highly preferred.
- Good understanding of application support, system integrations, and data flow processes.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and analyzing system issues.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred.
