- Overseeing the smooth operation of the household, including management of household staff and scheduling.
- Coordinating and executing formal dining experiences and events, ensuring adherence to high standards of service.
- Managing wine and beverage systems, providing recommendations, and serving drinks appropriately.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of living spaces, ensuring a polished and well-kept environment.
- Handling travel arrangements and transportation logistics for the family and their guests.
- Managing household inventories and supplies, including ordering as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times with respect to the family's personal matters.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Butler, preferably in a high-profile or royal environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional grooming and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
