Perform regular maintenance and repairs on CCTV and WiFi systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to ELV, CCTV, and WiFi systems.
Conduct system inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize system performance.
Doent all work performed including installations, repairs, and configurations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in ELV systems.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on system functionalities.
Ensure all installed systems comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Work closely with vendors and partners for system upgrades and new installations.
Monitor system performance and manage updates and configuration enhancements.
Manage inventory and resources for efficient system operations and expansions.RequirementsProven experience as an IT Technician, focusing on ELV systems, CCTV, and WiFi.
In-depth knowledge of low voltage system operations and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent technical dentation and communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic technical team.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for system evaluation.
Flexibility to work on different schedules, including possible weekends.
Relevant certifications in IT or electronics are highly desirable.
