- Install and configure ELV systems ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on CCTV and WiFi systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to ELV, CCTV, and WiFi systems.
- Conduct system inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize system performance.
- Doent all work performed including installations, repairs, and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in ELV systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on system functionalities.
- Ensure all installed systems comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Work closely with vendors and partners for system upgrades and new installations.
- Monitor system performance and manage updates and configuration enhancements.
- Manage inventory and resources for efficient system operations and expansions.
- Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Technician, focusing on ELV systems, CCTV, and WiFi.
- In-depth knowledge of low voltage system operations and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent technical doentation and communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic technical team.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for system evaluation.
- Flexibility to work on different schedules, including possible weekends.
- Relevant certifications in IT or electronics are highly desirable.
- Experience in project management or supervisory roles is beneficial.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols related to WiFi.
