We specialise in identifying high-impact UAE National talent for strategic and mission-critical roles.Role OverviewOn behalf of a leading UAE government entity with international reach, Iris Executives is recruiting a Head of Digital Content.This is a hands-on role for a UAE National who enjoys creating, shaping, and delivering digital content — not just approving it. You will be responsible for how the organisation communicates online across websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with institutional identity.This role suits someone who wants ownership, national impact, and stability, while remaining close to the work itself.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Content & Campaign Delivery
  • Develop and implement digital content plans for institutional and public-facing initiatives.
Personally oversee and contribute to content creation across:
  • Websites
  • Social media platforms
  • Digital campaigns
  • Approved digital applications
  • Ensure messaging reflects institutional priorities, national initiatives, and official tone.
Digital Presence Management
  • Manage and organise the organisation’s digital presence across all platforms.
  • Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and alignment with approved branding and identity guidelines.
  • Coordinate content support for UAE missions and external entities where required.
Campaigns & Performance
  • Plan and deliver digital media campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Monitor engagement, reach, and performance indicators.
  • Adjust content and campaigns based on results and insights.
Coordination & Compliance
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure alignment.
  • Apply federal and institutional digital and website guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external partners and service providers when needed.
General Responsibilities
  • Provide digital content support to internal units as required.
  • Contribute ideas to improve digital engagement and communication effectiveness.
  • Support continuity of work during peak periods or absences.
  • Adhere to health, safety, sustainability, and resource-efficiency standards.
Ideal Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements
  • UAE National.
  • Strong Arabic communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven hands-on experience in digital content and digital campaigns.
  • Experience working in a structured, approval-based, brand-sensitive environment (government, semi-government, large corporate, or regulated sector).
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
BackgroundBachelor’s degree in:
  • Media
  • Communication
  • Public Relations
  • Or a related field
  • Experience developing content for institutional or high-visibility audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, websites, and digital publishing tools.
