• Maintain detailed daily site diaries covering activities, labor, equipment, approvals, and rejections.
• Coordinate daily with contractor foremen to verify proper execution of works.
• Liaise with materials technicians for sampling and quality assurance testing.
• Coordinate with survey teams to confirm line and grade accuracy.
• Monitor contractor performance and report non-compliance to the Resident Engineer.
