  • Prepare and present high-quality landscape concept designs and master planning drawings
  • Lead development of detailed design packages and construction documentation
  • Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals
  • Administer contracts and oversee site implementation to ensure design intent is achieved
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and MEP disciplines for integrated project delivery
  • Delegate tasks within the landscape team and mentor junior designers
  • Liaise with clients and client representatives on design development and approvals
  • Prepare contract documentation within approved budgets and support cost reviews
  • Develop long-term landscape maintenance strategies for completed projects
  • Inspect site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture with professional chartered membership
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in landscape architecture design and site supervision
  • Strong expertise in hardscape, softscape, horticulture, and irrigation systems
  • Experience leading landscape teams within architecture or engineering firms
  • Proven capability in reviewing and approving design and construction documentation
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities
