  • Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and app marketing channels.
  • Manage regional paid media budgets to achieve revenue, ROAS, CAC, and customer acquisition targets across MENA and Asia markets.
  • Develop targeting, bidding, and optimisation strategies using Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other performance platforms.
  • Align paid media campaigns with stock availability, trading calendars, and commercial priorities in coordination with Brand Marketing, Buying, CRM, and Digital Trade teams.
  • Lead performance creative briefing and optimisation, ensuring brand-compliant, conversion-driven assets across website and app placements.
  • Drive marketplace performance marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyse channel performance and dynamically reallocate budgets to maximise commercial impact.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews, forecasts, and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing with regional or multi-market ownership.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ROI-driven campaign delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise in PPC, SEM, Paid Social, Display, and App marketing.
  • Experience in ecommerce, fashion, or retail performance marketing environments preferred.
  • Confident in working cross-functionally in fast-paced, multi-market settings.
Skills Set
  • Google Ads, Shopping, Display and YouTube
  • Meta Ads and programmatic platforms
  • Google Analytics or equivalent web analytics tools
  • Retargeting platforms such as Criteo or RTB
  • App marketing tools including Adjust or Apple Search Ads
