- Responsible for sales & marketing to clients, consultants and customers.
- Develop & Follow strategies to enhance sales and ensure for smooth activity of Sales & marketing as directed by manager.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new deals.
- Monitor current marketing trends; develop & design new marketing tools to increase the profitability of MERINT.
- Customise solutions that meet client requirements.
- Enter daily activities into the system with proper feedback and sales status.
- Regularly create new sales leads, setting new benchmarks for self.
- Attend trainings, and update own knowledge about various product features and usage.
- Conduct proper studies about customers' needs and form customised strategies for each customer in order to close deals.
- Conduct regular visits with all existing and prospective customers for additional requirements, technical support to get new / repeat orders.
- Coordinate with back-office support for proper deliveries, installations, technical support, new quotations, etc.
- Visiting clients as and when required to ensure the quoted products are not lost .
- Build rapport with our clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to the systems and policies implemented by the organization
- Liaising with head office for pricing, stock and deliveries.
- Submission of Daily Sales Report, weekly review & plans.
