- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of process control and monitoring equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and test various types of process control instruments and relay logic systems
- Execute maintenance activities in line with SOPs, work orders, and plant shutdown schedules
- Verify completed maintenance work and document activities accurately
- Identify potential equipment issues and report developing faults promptly
- Perform emergency maintenance during scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns to avoid operational trips
- Modify and upgrade control loops and control elements according to plant change requests
- Assist in retrofitting new instrumentation in field panels and main control rooms
- Update plant drawings and documentation in line with management of change procedures
- Maintain tools and safety equipment in proper working condition
- Participate in emergency response duties and near miss reporting
- Provide technical data for maintenance reports and support preparation of method statements
- Technical Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with vocational trade certification in Instrumentation or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in plant instrumentation and control maintenance
- Strong knowledge of process control systems, calibration techniques, and relay logic
- Familiarity with plant shutdown procedures and maintenance execution systems
- Good understanding of HSE policies and asset integrity practices
- Ability to work independently and within a maintenance team environment
- Process instrumentation calibration and testing
- Control loop troubleshooting and repair
