Commercial Business Analyst - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Review and update commercial business processes and procedures to ensure alignment with audit and compliance standards
• Drive continuous process improvement through innovation and effective use of technology to enhance customer service and transaction efficiency
• Enhance CRM systems by integrating commercial processes and procedures that add measurable business value
• Update contractual agreement terms and tariff exception requests within billing and cargo management systems as required
• Conduct quality audits in coordination with Quality Control teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards, including ISO 10002:2004
• Review internal and external audit reports and ensure management action plans are completed within agreed timelines
• Monitor and report customer adoption of Dubai Trade services and prepare analytical reports for management decision-making
• Coordinate with customers, IT, operations, Dubai Trade, and Dubai Customs on system development and cross-functional integration initiatives
• Perform UAT testing and provide commercial feedback to ensure system enhancements meet business requirements
• Prepare Initial Demand Requests, Business Requirement Specifications, and review System Requirement Specifications for commercial system projects
• Identify customer-impacting process gaps and work with stakeholders to improve service quality and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with IT and information security policies in line with UAE regional standards

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, commerce, or a related field
• Proven experience in business analysis, commercial process improvement, or systems integration roles
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, audit frameworks, and ISO quality standards
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical and system requirements
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder corporate environments
