This role ensures architectural design intent is properly implemented during construction by managing site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with project specifications. It directly supports project quality, timelines, and successful delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site architectural works ensuring alignment with approved plans and specifications
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship across all construction stages
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and consultants to resolve design issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and environmental standards
- Address on-site challenges and implement effective solutions to maintain progress
- Prepare progress reports highlighting deviations risks and corrective actions
- Maintain documentation including site logs inspection reports and change records
- Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project expectations
- Bachelor degree in Architecture with construction supervision experience
- Minimum 8 years experience in architecture and site-based project execution
- Experience in large-scale residential or commercial building projects
- Strong understanding of architectural systems and construction processes
- Ability to interpret drawings and manage site challenges effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills
