- Proven track record in managing large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments.
- Experience working with leading real-estate developers, consultants, or contractors.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills with ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in design and construction software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, BIM tools).
- Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
