Job Code: 4423Job Title Design OfficerJob Location Abu Dhabi▪ Resource Allocation and Oversight: Support the specialist in ensuring the effective use of resources, including vendors/ partners workplans, budgets, and materials, required for the development and design of experiences across the 9 experience categories (excl. EEP). Monitor resource allocation to ensure experiences are developed and implemented within defined parameters.▪ Reporting and Documentation: Support the specialist in maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of the design, development, and implementation of each experience category. Support in providing regular reports to the Head of Experience Design & Community Engagement and other stakeholders on progress, outcomes, and any challenges encountered.▪ Task Management and Scheduling: Support in coordinating activities across internal teams and external partners to ensure that experience design and implementation milestones for each category are met within established timelines.▪ Collaboration with Internal Teams and External Partners: Coordinate with internal teams, including the Experience Delivery team, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the development process of each experience. Capture and integrate relevant inputs from all stakeholders to enhance the design and development of these offerings.▪ Partnership Development and Management: Build and manage relationships with external partners, such as cultural institutions, health experts, and wellbeing specialists. Ensure their contributions align with the objectives of Gazaal’s experiences and oversee their involvement in the design and refinement of experience content and delivery models. ▪ Cross-Team Integration: Facilitate alignment between internal teams and external collaborators, ensuring that the objectives of each experience category are met through cohesive teamwork and integration of input from all involved.▪ Community Engagement: Ensure that community feedback, particularly from parents and families, is incorporated into the design and development of experiences. Ensure the experiences are fully inclusive and responsive to the needs of all participants, including children of determination.
