  • Act as the first point of contact for internal administrative and support-related enquiries within the Consulting function
  • Oversee daily office operations and internal administrative workflows
  • Manage complex travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers, and visas
  • Organize internal meetings, calendars, and business events
  • Coordinate internal communication and operational support activities
  • Welcome new joiners and support HR teams with onboarding processes
  • Manage office-related documentation, licensing, and insurance records
  • Handle data entry, document archiving, filing, and record keeping
  • Maintain and update Excel logs for vendors, subcontractors, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Prepare financial documents including invoices, accounts payable, and receivable records
  • Support bank reconciliations, verify deposits, and process business payments
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly and periodic administrative closures
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office management roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and client service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High level of proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and email systems
