Validate and review scanned invoices daily to ensure completeness and compliance with VAT regulations
Index invoices accurately within OpenText VIM and reject non-compliant submissions when required
Monitor and clear PRT rejections using VIM Analytics and perform daily OAWD checks
Download batch references from VIM systems and coordinate physical document collection with storage partners
Prepare weekly carton shipments and track document movement until secure warehouse restoration
Verify archived invoices monthly and coordinate with internal teams for LPO, GRN, and payment processing
Maintain inventory of scanning consumables and documentation supplies
Retrieve and manage utility invoices from supplier portals as required
Ensure strong documentation control within Accounts Payable Shared Services processes

Ideal Profile

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Shared Services environments
Working knowledge of VAT compliance and invoice validation standards
Familiarity with SAP, OpenText VIM, or similar enterprise systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to verify supporting documents such as LPOs, GRNs, and receipts
Proficiency in MS Excel and document management systems
