- Supervise and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Act as the main HR coordination point for employee supervision, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring
- Lead and motivate teams while maintaining a high level of discipline and professionalism
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and structured workflows
- Oversee administrative functions, vendor coordination, office facilities, and documentation
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management
- Address workplace concerns and foster a positive and performance-driven work environment
- Proven experience in Office Management, Operations Management, or a similar leadership role
- Strong background in both operations and HR coordination
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
- Ability to structure departments and implement effective control systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in multicultural corporate environments
- European nationality preferred
- Prior UAE work experience is mandatory
