- Plan and supervise mechanical works including HVAC systems, chilled water piping, plumbing networks, and firefighting installations
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements
- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and productivity levels
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with QA and QC standards, HSE policies, and local authority regulations
- Manage testing and commissioning activities and oversee mechanical system handover
- Track project costs, variations, and provide support to the commercial team
- Prepare progress reports and participate in coordination meetings
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain project schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 7 to 12 years of experience in MEP mechanical project execution
- Proven experience handling high-rise residential or commercial projects in UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and regulatory processes
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
