- Support International Business in achieving overall business objectives and provide full support to the Business Development Manager.
- Achieve international export sales and profitability targets for assigned markets in line with annual business plans.
- Sustain and grow business from existing markets, regions, and countries while supporting BDMs as required.
- Identify and develop new markets and customers to expand the international business footprint.
- Drive profitability by improving margins through value-added initiatives and customer-focused solutions.
- Coordinate with Finance to monitor receivables aging on a monthly basis and keep it within acceptable limits.
- Recommend region-wise parts movement lists to Procurement, ensuring accuracy and timely planning.
- Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth export operations and documentation.
- Ensure timely movement of booked and packed goods from the warehouse with minimal turnaround time.
- Prepare and share monthly performance reports with analysis and corrective actions where required.
- Ensure International Business KPIs are met through accurate and timely execution of responsibilities.
- Support special projects assigned by management while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, audits, and departmental SOPs.
