- Manage daily operations of the restaurant or procurement functions efficiently
- Ensure high standards of guest service and operational excellence
- Oversee procurement and purchasing processes, maintaining supplier relationships and inventory control
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure profitability
- Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage hospitality, preferably in upper casual dining concepts
- Strong hospitality knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent team management, leadership, and communication skills
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining
