- Manage and enhance demand prioritization processes, focusing on value assessment and optimization.
- Assist in organizing and analyzing data for comprehensive business case reviews.
- Work closely with the portfolio head to define value KPIs, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.
- Proactively monitor and manage portfolio budgets, identifying value optimization opportunities.
- Own and track value across portfolios and projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Liaise with business finance stakeholders to gather financial and non-financial data for informed decision-making.
- Support knowledge transfer, ensuring effective adoption of value tracking methodologies and KPI management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address value challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in value management and reporting.
- Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in value management, finance, or a related field, with a proven track record.
- Exceptional analytical skills and expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in value-related reporting.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is desirable.
- A continuous learner, committed to staying updated with the latest value management practices.
