- Design, integrate, commission and upgrade systems to ensure compliance with requirements and functions.
- Implement the approved preventive maintenance plan to ensure that any potential disruptions in broadcast equipment are identified and corrected in a timely manner.
- Carry out maintenance and repair tasks for all broadcast equipment at the facility as needed to ensure proper performance. Order consumer parts in time to avoid any shortage.
- Provide technical support to end users as soon as requests are received in order to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Document and challenge maintenance records and completed failures and follow-up procedures as needed.
- Report any related abnormal problems arising in technical facilities for the direct manager to take action.
- Work closely with other departments, participating in solving any difficulties and related technical problems.
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the objectives and ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic and on-demand reports and submit them to the direct manager to facilitate the decision-making process.
- Work side by side with all organizational units in the department / department to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Comply with all laws, procedures, and controls of Internal regarding health, safety and environmental policies, in order to create a risk-free work environment.
- Commitment to maintain the confidentiality of information in all dealings and not to inform any third party about the business’s privacy.
- Carrying out any work or other tasks related to the job duties according to the direct Manager's directives.
