  • Translate enterprise goals into structured transformation roadmaps including phased migration and system decommissioning
  • Align business, clinical, and IT teams to ensure accurate system functionality and compliance
  • Manage vendors, system integrators, and external partners to ensure delivery standards and timelines
  • Establish governance frameworks to manage risks, milestones, and program performance
  • Ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and insurance policies
  • Lead data migration, integration, and change management processes with minimal disruption
  • Drive adoption, training, and performance tracking to ensure successful transformation outcomes

  • 12+ years of experience in health insurance, payer operations, or healthcare technology
  • Strong background in large-scale system transformation or modernization programs
  • Deep understanding of claims adjudication, benefits configuration, and provider networks
  • Experience with API-based systems, enterprise architecture, and data migration strategies
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
