Senior Investment LeaderA leading regional financial institution is seeking a senior investment professional to join its Asset Management platform in a strategic leadership capacity.This is a high-impact role, working closely with executive leadership to support the oversight, development, and growth of the asset management business, with responsibility across investment strategy, governance, and platform development.The OpportunityThis role sits at the heart of the asset management platform, combining investment oversight, business leadership, and strategic execution.You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive investment excellence, product development, and institutional growth, while ensuring robust governance and regulatory alignment.Key Responsibilities
  • Support the leadership and execution of the firm's investment strategy across asset classes
  • Oversee portfolio construction, performance, and risk management frameworks
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of investment products and strategies
  • Partner with distribution teams on client engagement, fundraising, and strategic relationships
  • Play a key role in investment committees and governance forums
  • Drive operational and organisational build-out, including processes, frameworks, and team development
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal risk standards
  • Act as a senior representative of the platform with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Candidate Profile
  • 12-18+ years' experience within asset management, sovereign wealth funds, or institutional investment platforms
  • Arabic fluency is essential
  • Strong track record across public markets, multi-asset, or portfolio management
  • Experience operating in a senior leadership or strategic role within an investment business
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to work closely with distribution, product, and executive teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
  • Advanced qualifications (e.g. CFA) preferred
