- Drive the commercial growth of Aqovia in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai, with a clear mandate to build and deliver a qualified pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities.
- Leverage a personal network of high-level relationships (“black book”) to open doors, accelerate deal cycles, and secure strategic partnerships across government, enterprise, and investment ecosystems.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to scale technology ventures, with hands-on leadership in go-to-market execution, client acquisition, and sustainable revenue delivery.
- Own the regional P&L, set, manage, and exceed revenue targets through rigorous performance tracking and agile commercial strategy.
- Represent Aqovia in high-stakes negotiations with government entities, multinational corporations, and strategic partners.
- Lead regional strategy development and execution, aligning with global growth goals and local market dynamics.
- Provide executive oversight on key projects, ensuring consistent delivery excellence and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and respond to market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive threats.
- Guide proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial structuring to optimise deal value.
- Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture that reflects Aqovia’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and impact.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in consultancy, technology, digital transformation, or venture-backed environments, with a demonstrable record of scaling early- to mid-stage ventures into commercially successful operations.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory, cultural, and commercial landscape in the GCC.
- Proven track record in growing strategic accounts and securing partnerships with government or enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing high-value deals in UAE and the broader GCC region.
- Proven ability to define and execute commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth, including pricing models, GTM strategy, and customer segmentation in competitive technology markets.
- Direct P&L ownership and revenue target accountability in one or more leadership roles, ideally within high-growth, multi-market environments.
- Track record of building and converting sales pipelines, achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets through enterprise, government, or strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in structuring, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial deals in Dubai and the broader GCC market.
- Strong network of senior contacts (“black book”) across government agencies, enterprise buyers, strategic investors, and technology partners in the GCC.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills at C-suite and board level.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA or similar advanced degree preferred).
- Multilingual capabilities (particularly Arabic) are a strong advantage.
